Goodbye 2009....

See this boy? He broke his collar bone on Christmas Eve...This picture was 5 hours after the incident...He and I were getting ready to take the dog for a walk....he took Rufus to the corner and when I went outside to meet him...he was crying....Rufus had pulled him to the ground and down he went. We visited the ER and and it was a complete brake....he cried just a bit...and had a tough night sleep...mixed with Santa excitement and pain. So proud of him...he's a bit bummed by watching the 3" of snow falling...knowing he missed out on skiing this week and getting to use his new sled. What a trooper!!
This year was a year full of many changes....but yet...many things remained the same.

I am so proud of our little family...getting through a job change...my hubby changed jobs...and it has been for the BETTER for us! I love that he was able to help people get into their first home...but when the economy went 'scary'....many stayed safe within their home and it stayed slow...for months! I'm so proud of him....learning a new trade, getting to know new people....yet, still being the same man that he always has been. He's still doing Real Estate and things are picking up fast....so I think within the year he'll have an assistant....ME~

I say to this upcoming year....I welcome you 2010...I was scared of entering 2009.

The past decade was first to become a married woman, a mommy, a woman who found a devotion to God, photography, and running! I'm proud of the person and the family we've become! I am still working on things...which is how it should always be....I've been married to Andy for 10 years....I look forward to this brand new decade....all the excitement and change it will bring!!
