Literally, freezing rain!!
OK...so last week I posted about how stinkin' cold I can get...well, let's just say that the constant snow that fell on my home this past weekend didn't warm me up a bit. We got 8" yesterday. Before it started snowing on Saturday, we got freezing rain...so, we have about 1/2" of frozen rain (otherwise know as ICE) under the snow. My car was frozen shut yesterday (why wasn't it in the garage? That's another post!) and it took 45 minutes to thaw.
Now, I love the prettiness (is that even a word?) of the white snow. I loved watching it fall. But, when I have to go out in it...yuck! We don't even own a shovel! We don't get snow that often in these parts...so I think I'm going to send Hubby
to get a shovel...he'll have fun this afternoon while I watch with my warm cup of coffee from the warmth of my home.
I'm going to go watch Hubby clean his car off...burr!

We were just talking about how much we want spring! We've had so much snow..its crazy. Today is actually warm for us though...about 35 degrees. It feels very nice!

Hi-it's your little sister- who is not one bit jealous of all of that snow-yuck! I agree, it is fun to watch it fall, but as it is time to go out in it; argh! Just so you know; it's so warm here in Ohio....snow on the ground; we are getting rain; should be a high of 45 today.
